Our actions
Today, Clic'Ansanm, our intergenerational digital inclusion workshop. Tomorrow, workshops, activities and comprehensive support, which we want to build with you.
Clic'Ansanm
Our intergenerational digital inclusion workshop. The "click" is just a pretext: here, generations reconnect, help each other and learn from one another.
The workshop is offered on request, in partnership with the organisation hosting it.
For elders
Taking back control of digital procedures, gaining independence and passing on life experience to younger generations.
For young people (digital mediators)
Becoming the one who teaches, not the one being "integrated". Young people are positioned as experts: they showcase their skills, enrich their CV and develop their professional stance.
What we want to build
A place of workshops where you learn by doing, rebuild confidence and create connections. We are currently looking for a space, volunteers and resources to set them up.
Heritage skills
Thatching, basketry and traditional Réunionese craftsmanship. Preserving and passing on yesterday's skills also builds tomorrow's competencies.
Artistic expression
Painting, theatre, video, music… Spaces to express yourself, dare and discover sometimes unsuspected talents.
Cooking
Accessible recipes, simple techniques to reproduce at home. Learning to cook means taking back control of your diet and gaining daily independence.
Dance
The body in motion to rebuild confidence, let go and share a collective moment.
Digital skills
Mastering everyday tools: online procedures, office software, e-mails, cybersecurity. Digital technology as a tool for independence, not an end in itself.
Foundation skills
French, mathematics, basic and digital skills: strengthening the fundamentals to move forward in one's social and vocational integration journey. This is the next step, which we are preparing.
And tomorrow too: living together
We want Mèti's Konpetans to become a living place. Outings, events, moments of conviviality: social bonds are also rebuilt through shared enjoyment.
Group outings
Regular outings to discover, share and break out of isolation together.
Well-being & sport
Gentle gym, fitness, light sport: taking care of yourself is also part of rebuilding.
Events & awareness
Shows, intercultural encounters, themed days: highlights to broaden horizons and bring the community to life.
The destination: an uninterrupted pathway
The long-term ambition that gives the project its meaning: supporting each person step by step, from first contact to employment or starting a business.
Rebuilding confidence
Breaking out of isolation, finding structure again, reconnecting with the community. The first step towards everything else.
Building skills
Workshops, training, foundation skills: acquiring concrete know-how and developing professional soft skills.
Reaching employment
Shaping a realistic career plan, being connected with local employers, or being supported in starting a business.
Our next steps
Follow the progress of our projects and find out how to take part.
