Digital inclusion

Clic'Ansanm

Our intergenerational digital workshop. The “click” is only a pretext: here, generations meet, help one another and learn from each other.

Digital skills are the means, not the end. What is really at stake is independence in everyday admin, self-confidence, access to employment and the bond between generations.

Two audiences, one shared moment

Everyone arrives with something to pass on.

For adults and older people

Take charge of your online admin again, gain day-to-day independence and share your life experience with younger generations.

For young digital mentors

Become the one who passes on knowledge. Young people take the expert's seat: they hold real responsibility, showcase their skills, strengthen their CV and develop a professional presence.

What makes the difference

A course designed to build lasting independence, not just to fix a one-off problem.

A course over time

Several small-group sessions, spread over a period of weeks. You come back, you practise, it sticks. Time is what turns an explanation into independence.

In intergenerational pairs

A young mentor supports the same person from one session to the next. A relationship builds, confidence follows, and everyone finds their place.

On your own devices

You are welcome to bring your own computer, tablet or phone. You learn on the device you will use at home, right down to setting it up and looking after it.

At your own pace

The course moves through stages that stand on their own. Joining the group partway through a session block remains possible, and the content adapts to each person's level.

A bridge towards employment

For jobseekers, digital skills also mean preparing a CV and a covering letter, organising your documents and sending off an application.

Something to take away

Everyone leaves with prompt sheets and a plain-language glossary, so the steps covered in the session can be repeated at home.

Partnership

Host Clic'Ansanm at your organisation

Local authority, public body, library, community centre, residence, housing provider or local business: Clic'Ansanm complements what you already offer. Where digital drop-in services answer a one-off need, our workshop builds learning over time and creates a bond between generations. It also introduces your organisation and its services to people walking through your door for the first time.

What we bring

  • The teaching design, the programme and the materials
  • Coordination and supervision of the sessions, alongside your team
  • Individual follow-up for participants and a written report on the workshop

All you need to provide

  • A quiet room, with tables and chairs. A computer room is a bonus, but not essential.
  • An internet connection
  • A way to reach your audience and gather participants
Get in touch

We look at every request and build the session together with you.
